Our selection process is rigorous. We care about demonstrated capability, not credentials or pedigree. Each individual must be able to handle an extreme pace of learning, and deliver at a high level. The learnings are not simply memorization, but challenging current best practices and applying advanced concepts in new ways.
People at this level are rare, and we know any organization is fortunate to have them. Proforma does 4 things differently:
1. We are a pure meritocracy. If you are a high performing individual and are delivering at a higher level than your peers, you will be promoted and given your choice of projects. You will never report to a person that is less talented than you.
2. Loyalty. If you are hired, and you do your best every day, we will stay loyal to you throughout your career, even after you choose to leave for a different opportunity. People over profit every day. The social contract is all but dead in the modern world. We hope to change that.
3. We do not micromanage. Freedom comes with a price: accountability. We are not here to tell you what to do. You will have goals, and how you choose to achieve them is your prerogative. Your career is your own. If you are getting the work done at every step at the quality necessary, you will have more freedom than you can dream of. Falling behind becomes a painful conversation, as everyone is expected to deliver.
4. We enable career-driven people. Understand that this is not a job. If you are looking for a job, Proforma is simply not the place for you. Proforma's roles are careers. AI is going to completely change the way the world works, and whoever does not take it seriously will regret it later in life. If you think that a job starts at 9 and ends at 5, the next decade will not be kind to you.
