Proforma Global was founded to tackle a problem the industry stopped trying to solve: high implementation failure rates. Most failures trace back to the same things, fragmented design, junior-staffed delivery, and partners who optimize for hours billed rather than outcomes delivered. We built a different model: senior architects on every engagement, a fixed-price posture wherever scope allows, and a delivery team in Cebu City that lets us keep cost competitive without diluting quality.
We have worked with organizations spanning Fortune 50 enterprises through growth-stage firms. As organizations scale, the same problems show up in different sizes: stitched-together processes, brittle data, reporting that lags decisions by weeks. Oracle EPM is one of the most complicated stacks to implement well, and that complexity is exactly where Proforma sits. Matt Rollings is the founder of Proforma Global. He has spent 20 years in the Oracle EPM and finance transformation space, including leadership roles at boutique firms (founding and running Leveraged EPM for nearly eight years, peak team of 11, $2M revenue, 5 active enterprise clients) and senior roles at Hackett, Deloitte, KPMG, and Inoapps, where he most recently grew the EPM practice team 6x, revenue 4.5x, and margins by 250bps in 15 months. After watching too many implementations fail for the same structural reasons, he founded Proforma to deliver EPM and AI work the way the buyer actually wants it: senior-led, fixed-price, with offshore capacity that does not compromise the work.
