What the work actually is
Proforma builds AI and Oracle EPM systems for the Office of the CFO. The clients are finance organizations with real deadlines, and the systems we ship carry numbers somebody signs their name to. That sets the engineering standard before anything else does.
Two founders lead the work directly and stay in it, each with more than twenty years in Oracle EPM and finance transformation. A delivery team, most of it in Cebu City, does the build. An architect reviews every developer's work. Our own AI platform carries much of the diagnostic, testing and documentation load, which is what lets a team this size take on the scope it does.
Who tends to do well here
We select on aptitude and the hunger to learn rather than years on a CV, through a structured assessment rather than a conversation about your last job title. The people who do well are the ones who want the autonomy and are comfortable being measured on what they produce.
Candor matters here more than comfort. You will get a direct read on your work and we expect the same in return. If you would rather be managed closely, or you are looking for a place where politics decides outcomes, this is the wrong firm.
