Matt Rollings spent more than twenty years in consulting across boutique firms and the Big 4, leading Oracle EPM and finance transformation at Hackett, Deloitte, KPMG, and Inoapps before founding Proforma Global.
He has worked with AI at the intersection of software design and engineering since 2022, and has built and deployed the most advanced AI agent framework in the Oracle EPM ecosystem. Candor over politics guides his work, which the consulting world too often lacks.
