Managing Director, Oracle EPM and OneStream

You bring the relationships and use them to win Oracle EPM and OneStream work, then lead the engagements that follow. The role is built around revenue, and you own both the business you bring in and the delivery of the projects that come with it. We are looking for someone who already has a network in this space and wants to turn it into their own book of work, with the autonomy to run it their way.

You open doors that others cannot, turn those relationships into signed engagements, and then stand behind the work as the person accountable for it. You lead the projects, carry the client relationship through delivery, and keep clients coming back for the next one. The more you bring in and deliver well, the more the role grows around you.

We built this for people who have outgrown the standard consulting world. You may be tired of working alongside people who are not very talented, or worn down by a culture that runs on politics instead of results. What you will do

• Use your network to open opportunities and bring in new Oracle EPM and OneStream revenue.
• Turn relationships into signed engagements and a growing book of work.
• Lead those engagements end to end and own how they are delivered.
• Carry the client relationship through delivery and into the next project.
• Take responsibility for project outcomes and the teams that deliver them.
• Grow Proforma presence in the EPM and OneStream space.

Qualifications

• A strong network across the Oracle EPM and OneStream space that you can convert into work.
• A track record of bringing in revenue and building client relationships that last.
• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and owning their outcomes.
• The judgment and discipline to run your own book without close oversight.
• Real technical depth. If you present as technical, expect a technical screen.
• Candor and honesty in how you deal with clients and colleagues.
• Based in the United States.
