Financial Systems Analyst

Remote / Full-time

You will work on the financial systems and processes our clients depend on. You will find what is slowing them down, support their EPM implementations, and improve how they handle FP&A and reporting. Over time you will take on more of the AI and automation side of the work. Throughout, you work alongside the finance teams who use these systems every day.

You do not need to be an expert in all of it on day one, but you do need to learn quickly, think clearly, and care about the details. The work is varied and the problems rarely come with a manual, so we look for people who can work things out on their own.

What you will do

• Dig into the financial systems and workflows our clients run, and find what to improve.
• Support EPM implementations and improve FP&A, planning, and reporting processes.
• Turn what a client needs into concrete changes to their systems and processes.
• Take on AI and automation work and apply it to real finance problems.
• Work directly with client finance teams, including senior finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial systems, with expertise in analyzing and implementing advanced financial tools.
• Strong analytical skills and systems-analysis capabilities to evaluate processes and recommend strategic improvements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with practical application experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.
• A genuine hunger to learn, and the ability to absorb new concepts at an extreme pace.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You can define the question, not only answer it.
• Clear writing and clear thinking. You can take a complex idea and make it simple.
• A real interest in AI and how it applies to finance and EPM. Prior AI experience is not required; the drive to master it is.
• Advanced proficiency in tools like Oracle EPM or similar systems is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as CPA, CFA, or CFM, are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
